Spirituality and End-of-Life Care will discuss the differences and relationship between spirituality and religion, while also addressing spirituality during illness, death and grief; spiritual assessment and empowerment, and life review.
Continuing Education Available Online after the Teleconference
Low-cost continuing education is available for nurses, social workers, case managers, funeral directors, clergy, and many others! There is a $25 online processing fee per certificate, per participant. There is a $10 charge for each additional certificate requested.
